Typography

Font stack

The Graphik Collection is our primary brand font family. With a diverse mix of weights, widths, and styles in this font stack, we have an incredible amount of flexibility to adapt typography to unique environments and tones.

Graphik X Condensed

Graphik X Condensed is a display typeface used primarily for titles and top-level headers. Bold and confident, this font is always set in all-caps, and thus should be reserved for short, concise, bold messages.

Graphik Condensed

Graphik Condensed is our secondary display font, used at the same hierarchy levels as Graphik X Condensed. This style is used for sentence or title case titles and top-level headers as it is more readable for longer text blocks.

Graphik

Graphik is our primary text font, chosen for its versatility and peak readability at all sizes. The character set supports most Latin languages as well as Cyrillic and Greek. If you're not sure which font to use, default to this option.

Graphik Wide

Graphik Wide is an expressive extended display typeface used primarily to add visual texture to the brand when paired with our primary condensed display fonts. This font is used intentionally and sparingly, intended for visually expressive applications. It should not be used for body text.

Global — Noto Sans

Noto Sans is a free global typeface available through Google Fonts. We use Noto Sans Hebrew for Hebrew-language content and Noto Sans JP for Japanese-language content.

Principles

Use all-caps strategically

While our all-caps display font conveys the strength, confidence, and heroicism intregral to our band, it must not conflict with readabiliity. Graphik X Condensed all-caps should be used only for short, brief, bold messaging.

For longer titles (usually 5+ words), use Graphik Condensed set in standard case. When in doubt, use standard case.

Apply emphasis selectively

We have several brand-approved treatments to add emphasis to text to create visual interest and variety. However, there must be consistency within individual assets — do not mix and match these styles within the same document (and especially not within the same page).
